According to the rules, transportation of petroleum products requires availability of vehicles having special labels and additional fire extinguishing means.
It should be noted that the transportation of petroleum products is rather specific service and it requires high-level crew training. Therefore, transportation is only allowed to be carried out by those drivers who have the appropriate permits and certificates.
